The customized meal plan lasts for 6 weeks. Provided with this service is a macro nutrient breakdown of all the meals, and a macro nutrient total for the day and the week. Alternatives to the program will also be provided to prevent the 6 week plan from becoming tedious. In addition any adjustments that may be needed during the period of this service will be provided as soon as possible. Also if the clients needs change through the program the plan will be adjusted accordingly.
