These plans average a 6 week training plan typed and can be tailored towards overall size/strength or can be tailored towards specifically improving 1-2 lagging body parts.included in the plan will be a cardio program, ab workout routine, a description of proper form of each exercise, sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise. If adjustments are needed to this plan during the 6 week period these are provided.
